FaxSalad provides a simple and easy to use faxing portal allowing you to send faxes directly from your browser or smartphone.

How do I get started?

Once you have registered a FaxSalad account, you can log in to the fax portal and start sending documents.

Faxing from the fax portal offers many advantages of traditional faxing:
  • Fax on the go. No more huddling around the fax machine, feeding in the paper. You can fax from anywhere that you have access to the internet on any device.
  • No fax number required. You don't need to own a fax number to send a fax. You can start faxing right away!
  • No setup or line fees. Don't pay line fees or any other fees to set up and maintain your service.
How to send a fax in 4 easy steps
  1. Login to the FaxSalad portal and click Send a fax.
  2. Select the fax number you want to send from in the Send from option, or leave the system default selected if you do not own a fax number. Choose your destination country and then type the receiving fax number. Add a cover page if required.
    Note: we do not charge for cover pages. You can add one for free!
  3. Click Upload files and select the documents you want to fax. You can attach multiple documents; the system will merge them into a single file upon sending.
    The following file types are supported: PDF, AI DOC, DOCX, RTF JPG, PNG, GIF
  4. Click Send fax and wait for the documents to upload.

You can track the progress of your fax from within the FaxSalad portal. You can track the progress of your fax from within the FaxSalad portal. You will receive an email notification upon succesful delivery or if the fax was unable to be delivered.

In this example, the Send from number is +61340000045. You can also select to send without a fax number.
We have selected Australia as the destination country and entered the receiving number +61361691554. Note that the country code is required even if sending locally.
The attachment is a single PDF file. You can upload as many files as needed in any supported format. The system will merge all files into a single document while sending your fax.
